By enrolling in the Code to Careers (CTC) coaching program, clients agree to the following terms:

Payment Terms

Options:

• Pay in full: $3,500 USD or £2,600 GBP

• Installments: $1,350 USD/month for three months or £1,000 GBP/month for three months

Commitment: Clients selecting installment payments agree to pay all installments on time.

No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable once received, regardless of progress or circumstances.

Live Support:

• One 60-minute 1:1 coaching call with Mandy
• Optional weekly group coaching and accountability sessions (clarity calls) with Mandy
• Optional ad-hoc group mock calls with Mandy
• Optional weekly Q&A and mock calls with CTC mentors
• Check-ins with Client Success Manager (CSM)

Course Materials: Highly actionable guidance covering the entire data hiring process, from resume crafting to negotiation

Async Support: Access to the Skool community forum for questions, sharing wins, and peer support

Responsibilities

• Smarter Techies Ltd reserves all rights relating to explanations, content, and program delivery.
• Clients agree to actively participate, attend scheduled sessions, and engage with course materials and community support.

Limitation of Liability

• The program is designed for guidance and support; results are not guaranteed.
• Smarter Techies Ltd is not liable for actions taken by the client based on program content.

• The firm reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Continued participation indicates acceptance of these terms.
